1) The most common, but very limited, set up starts with a bespoke 6 month retainer.

I only work with you if we have a positive connection, I feel confident you’re ready and I know I can add exceptional value.

 Here’s how we tend to structure the relationship:

• Introductory deep dive and lifestyle analysis

• 6 month programme up to 2 x 60 min coaching sessions per month (12 in total)

• A safe non-judgemental and totally confidential space to focus entirely on you

• The power of our two amazing minds focused exclusively on brainstorming and delivering your best life

• My unique RISE process flow (Reflection, Insight, Success, Empowerment, more detail on the website)

• Personalised Action Assignments between sessions for Ongoing Growth and Transformation

• Feedback,  strategies and tailored resource recommendations for reading, watching, learning, growing etc

• WhatsApp/Email concierge support between sessions ( I promise to come back to you within 48 hours but most likely only a couple at most). 

• Recorded coaching sessions if desired with video and comprehensive notes provided

• Basically, the entire time we work together you have your biggest cheerleader and your biggest devils advocate in your pocket to push you out of your comfort zone and challenge you to reach your goals and live your best life

• The sessions would be on Zoom.

2) The second but even more limited option is my new 3 hour intensive.

Usually, I work on a 6-12 month retainer. This is a rare chance to fully understand what you want out of life and orient yourself towards it in a 3-hour intensive mastermind.
