What If You’re Not Broken?
What If You’re Not Broken?
What if there’s nothing to fix?
You’re not broken — you’re blocked
The surprising truth behind reinvention
You don’t need fixing. You need space.
When people come to me for coaching, they often whisper some version of the same thing:
“Something’s wrong with me.”
They feel stuck. Unmotivated. Disconnected from the work that once lit them up.
And they assume that means they’re broken.
But the truth?
They’re not broken.
They’re just blocked.
Blocked by pressure.
By obligation.
By old definitions of success that no longer serve them.
The voice that used to drive them forward—the creative, joyful, purpose-led one—is still there.
It’s just buried.
That’s why I don’t do “fixing” in my coaching.
I don’t add noise.
I help people remove what’s in the way so they can hear their own signal again.
Because clarity doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from doing less—and listening more.
Try this today:
Ask yourself:
🧘♂️ “If nothing needed fixing… what would I allow myself to do next?”
Let that land.
If you’re feeling blocked and ready to hear your own voice again, reply to this email or DM me on LinkedIn.
No pitch.
Just a conversation about what’s true for you now.
You don’t need to reinvent everything.
You just need to reconnect to what’s already there.
You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
